Ever do a Vibroluxe Reverb in a small head? I'd love a that thing. I'd be happy with just 1 ch and reverb, no really need for Vibe. so really just a Reverbluxe Reverb. maybe a half power switch. I wish I could build amps.

ish. I've made blackface style heads with reverb (pg 16 of this thread) but a slightly different reverb circuit. The Vibroluxe idea could be done. And all of my amps are small-ish. My standard head cab is roughly the size of a blackface bassman head. That last bassman I built was smaller at only 15" long instead of 21", but I dont think I could comfortably fit a Vibrolux into a cab of that size.

How do you see the push-pull versus single ended configuration affecting what you are looking for?
Well PP amps just sound different from SE amps. Phase inverters are present, tube bias and operation is different, OTs are different. The idea was can we make a power amp platform that sounds like the classics (Bassman, Marshall, Vox, etc) but does so at bedroom level so from that end I wanted to deal with PP concepts.
Now where I got a little too focused, I think, was trying to do this with pentodes. Pentode vs triode operation sounds different, but its pretty minor, imo. It seems that a lot of DIY people have luck with PP 12AU7 triode output stages on this type of thing.
All very interesting stuff. Thanks for sharing.

Audion. Repeat Percussion style ultra choppy tremolo with added boost and some provisions to keep the ticking down.

There's a used Supercharger at a GC in Ohio:

There is a hipster second hand clothing shop in town. My friends and I once realized that you aren't really established as a local band until they're selling one of your tshirts that someone hocked.
Is the GC used section a similar coronation for a boutique gear maker?

I appreciate your commitment to perfboard and hand wiring.
I'll see this and raise you.
BALLS DECATHLON. Pretty straight-up clone of the old (~1980) Electro Harmonix Attack Decay tape reverse simulator. Power supply has been modified to run off 18VDC instead of wall voltages, but that's about it. All analog in all of its weirdness.

If that pedal doesn't cost $1,300, then you're underpaying yourself.
