Because it's the most "Pavement" thing that could happen to Pavement. The song of theirs that sold the most copies is a boring B-side, 20 years after it was released, that isn't very Pavement-y.

If I would have guessed which B-side it would have been, though, I would have guessed "No Tan Lines".
