download the installer file directly

The SexA album that kujundzic posted is absolutely amazing. I was in Zagreb about a year ago and found a little record store run by a guy who spoke some English. I asked him what he had in the way of noisy loud local rock, punk or metal. He put on "Fuck Piction / No Sleep Till Pussy" and I think within 15 seconds I said "I'll take it!".

That's pretty fucked up right there. Touch and Go has put out a lot of music I like, and they always gave the impression of being straight shooters. If they are really bringing up the DMCA in regards to an album they can't even be bothered to keep in print they can fuck right off. Not cool.

I lost a lot of respect for FMP when I discovered the prickishness with which they would go after a blogs posting out of print stuff. I would hope for better from T&G.

to be fair, the two guys i've been dealing with on the phone all day are super nice. i don't think they truly understand a lot of what they were talking about, but they were actually somewhat apologetic for it happening. nevertheless, that doesn't make up for the fact that they fucking threatened a dmca lawsuit against me.

as i told nina, it puts me in a weird place because i've been dealing with different people at t&g for almost 8 years now on a journalist/label level, and to suddenly be confronted with such a...i don't know, i'd say unscrupulous but it's a business thing so it's technically understandable... it makes me wonder if their egregious, heavy-handed showing of force should make me question my respect for them.
