Yeah, comedians say things onstage that we don't hear in regular life. Seems like just about every kind of performer does that.

Second even better example of Warmowski forgetting what he wrote yesterday:
warmowski, on page nine of this thread, referring to Marsupialized wrote:I assert the right to notice you chronically act like a racist shitbag here at EA.
At least Warmowski was able to find Puerto Rico on a map. There's hope for him yet.

like [lahyk] -adjective

1. of the same form, appearance, kind, character, amount, etc.: I cannot remember a like instance.
2. corresponding or agreeing in general or in some noticeable respect; similar; analogous: drawing, painting, and like arts.
3. bearing resemblance.

The adult writing program I mentioned is called, funnily enough, NWA. Ask for Donna.

Mandroid2.0 wrote:No, I really do hate Japanese and Chinese culture and environmental policy that much. Ask Ben about how often I bitch about this. I hate people in general but I don't think I've ever had a good experience with representatives of those cultures in particular

oh shit

The "killing" part was hyperbolic in the context of the original thread wherein I was talking about stuff that really viscerally pissed me off, but, yeah. I don't like Chinese or Japanese culture and I do not get along with Chinese or Japanese people as a general rule. That's fine. I don't do anything to harm them or discriminate against them. We just don't get along for the most part.

You know what really pisses me off? Racism is only considered racism if the people look different than you do. Can I not fairly detest where someone comes from if they happen to look non-white? The British hate the French and vice versa and that's totally acceptable but I can't dislike the Chinese because they aren't Caucasian looking? Can you just not agree with/like people from a certain country for whatever reason and have it be okay anymore?

I went back and re-read some parts of this thread and stumbled upon this.

This is sort of confusing. I was all about agreeing w/ Marsupialized's defense of Mandroid before, but now I'm not so sure what to think.

What do you guys think about it? Seems like this deserved more discussion than the groggy, off-hand comment did.
