Adding to the chorus: these are budget Sonors.

High quality '70s Sonor drums were Teardrops, Champions or Phonics. Unfortunately, Sonor made some cheap drums and put Phonics hardware on them so you have to be extra careful when looking for those. There was a set of "imitation Phonics" on Chicago craigslist earlier this year.

If someone is having a hardcore jones for an AIMS, I have a Personalized Eclipsor I could be convinced to sell. Finances are a bit dire at the moment, considering what we're going through here.

I keep seeing these units on eBay: I will be experimenting with one in the future hopefully... By connecting it to a USB Interface.

I've been wanting an HH IC100-S for a while, and this one popped up on reverb and it's taking everything in my power to not buy it and have it shipped overseas.

What is it?

ADC SX-80. It's a little 6 ch analog mixer with a built-in delay / "echo" circuit. I mean, if you really want to send a few instruments or submix through a delay, this could do it. I'm not sure what the appeal is otherwise. Unbalanced, no direct outs. Maybe it sounds cool if you slam it or something, but it's bound to be full of 741s or TL071s or something like that, so it's certainly not high fidelity. No idea what the delay circuit is, but it's probably analog BBD, maybe like a more limited version of a Yamaha E1005.

I've wanted one of these forever also. This is a little steep because of the provenance, but it looks good.

Jeepers, the hardware on that looks cleaner than any other substance know to mankind.

I'm sure it's a great sounding and playing bass but for me, that bass was visually decimated by that garish logo plate
