Re: Politics
432You know, when the Wolf Man goes into a fight with Dracula, you can't always tell who's going to win. And life can be like that, too. And elections can be like that. A fight between Frankenstein and the Mummy can also be like that. Although I think Frankenstein would probably win. I wouldn't want to be the Mummy because the Mummy is already dead. But I guess Frankenstein is dead too, or he used to be. That's pretty messed up. But Frankenstein doesn't have to drink blood like Dracula or do anything like that, he doesn't have any obvious weaknessess and he's pretty tough. Did you ever see that movie about the guy who turned into a fly? That was terrible for him, I think I'd rather be a horse than be that guy. Just a regular horse not even with powers. I think I could be happy as a horse. Thank you all for your support.

436You can see how Walker is friends with Trump. The two of them could probably talk happily for hours.

We're headed for social anarchy when people start pissing on bookstores.
Re: Politics
439A few days stewing in Kyrsten Sinema's latest attention-craving move, I still can't figure out if it's a good or bad thing for AZ in '24. Maybe the key is trying to understand who actually likes her: she's delusional if she thinks she has the 'maverick' appeal of McCain, as nothing she does makes any sense outside of attracting corporate donors. But chances are pretty good we'll never have to hear about her after 2024 so good fucking riddance to that.
Re: Politics
440At this point, I would predict it as a political suicide on her part. I'd have to think she'd know that this is a distinct possibility. So maybe:penningtron wrote: Tue Dec 13, 2022 10:43 am A few days stewing in Kyrsten Sinema's latest attention-craving move, I still can't figure out if it's a good or bad thing for AZ in '24. - She won't run for re-election in 2024, or
- She is gearing up for a presidential run
