4375Under the radar, but 14 Republican led states are suing the fed for section 504 regarding Americans with disabilities under the HHS. They are arguing that the law under gender dysmorphia that the Biden administration added is unconstitutional and hard to implement without losing funding, but if you look at the larger goal it's to get rid of those present laws around disabilities.
My sister in law has a child with dyslexia that is going to be affected. They live in Indiana, one of the states that is suing.
Also, my niece works for IBM in a division that does government contracting. She is possibly going to lose her job because of the freeze. I assume Elon trying to cut out competitors.
I just wonder if when the damage is done, its not going to be too late, and maybe some of these red state voters will wake up once they are adversely affected. My guess is they won't and it will be too late.
