4447The new Tortoise single… it’s not 1996 and wow territory anymore but sounds pretty good. Definitely a move back to their earlier work.

4450Ennio Morricone did the score to a Harvey Keitel-John Lydon film I rented in 1987 with the title Corrupt*. At several times during the film, Keitel listens to a song that got lodged in my brain for decades before I heard it again earlier this century.
For whatever reason, it's back in my head, so now it's your turn to experience it.
*Also known as The Order of Death and Copkiller. PiL supposedly was going to do the soundtrack before they imploded, but I can't imagine that would have worked better than what Morricone cooked up.
