Anyone else need a small Balls-quality built "power amp" box? Like the thing that FM cakes bought that sounded SO PROMISING but turned out to SUCK. Pedal-sized, volume knob, no preamp, 100w output at 8ohms, etc. We all need that yeah?

Long as it comes in snakeskin tolex?

I dont know enough about the specifics here to say what's good or bad (perhaps Nate does) but I would figure that any decent class D module would work, you might just want to tailor your choice based on impedance and input power requirements.

Really rad seeing and hearing FM four_oclocker_2.2's two Balls amps in person at the BBQ last weekend. Both the Vox-y and and the Marshall-y one sounded great!
