I'm new to this forum, so here's my first post.

Both great bands, I love them both. TJL were such a great live band and Fugazi were so consistent with each new release. Although TJL's career waned as soon as they signed to a Major Label, those first three albums (Head, Goat and Liar) grant a TJL vote.

Don't get me wrong, Fugazi are great. I would've voted Fugazi a week ago had it not been for me buying Goat at the record store. Fugazi - with their strict underground ethics were if not one of the most purest bands of them all. That says a lot.

So, in the end, my vote goes to The Jesus Lizard.

I don't know why that video of Duane beating up that kid is so funny. Not when the kid is getting his ass kicked, but right when you see him dive into the amp and it makes that thumping noise. I hope amp-diving catches on.

Reminds me of the Leftover Crack guy punching some dude for singing with him.
