played with these guys uhh….25 years ago? hahah. but i remember them absolutely melting the stage. every so often i go back to this album which has some absolutely naaaaasty riffs. this one in particular. imo the better version of the Oxes. next up let me tell you about the time I played with Oxes on 9/12/01 - THEY TONED IT DOWN

The new Landowner. Why didn’t anyone tell me there’s a new Landowner album?
The New Pornographers new record. I've not paid attention to them for a long time (although I like most of the solo albums, especially from Bejar) after being disappointed by the first couple records after Electric Version. This one is pretty good.
