Looks like a gretsch badged supro to me, some kind of supro at least

Silvertone is a good guess, as it has the same general shape as the 1433, but I'd actually guess that it's a late 50's early 60's Kay. Kay were at some point affiliated with the whole Silvertone/Danelectro thing I think.

I've seen the same grillcloth on other Kay amps before.

Keep researching, and you'll get the answer eventually.

If anyone else here is planning on bidding this thing up, please let me know so I can not drive the price up for you or vice versa.

The right price for that amp is probably right around $300, a little less even, especially considering it's local pickup only. I like them best cranked up, with guitar, for a 60's/70's kinda dirt sound. ROCK!!

Found a Traynor YGM-3 in need of a little repair on UK ebay, and with a TS10 thrown in aswell. All for £130. If i didn't have to wait a month for my next bit of student loan I'd probably get it.

Big honkin Soundcraft 800B. If I bid right now and nobody else did, it would be shipped here freight from Quebec for under $900 total. Dang.
