Not Crap.
Some of their stuff is hit or miss for me, but when they hit, it is as good as anything I've ever heard.
Song 6 off of Repent.
Song 2 off of Tusk.
Song 2 (I think) off of New Electric Music.
Music doesn't come any better.

53One of the most amazing and most inventive bands I've ever come across. Their use of feedback as a compositional approach goes far beyond anything the MC5 or early Sonic Youth ever did.
I am a big fan of the whole power-electronics genre, from Whitehouse to Wolf Eyes to live Throbbing Gristle. And I'm fond of regular rock bands who use noise and feedback as a prominent feature. But it's really a mindblow when you hear noise rock that almost totally consists of guitar feedback. No tricks or quirky tools. No voice-modification devices or weird chorus or delay pedals.
Just a guy and a guitar. I think it's genius. This unique option is now permanently sealed off for all other bands. It would just be a Dead C rip-off at this point.
