Dragon, I think you'd agree that proper ladies and gentlemen prefer Godflesh:

This is one of the funniest things I ever read:
(It ironically now applies to the loss of Walter)

i guess you could say it motivated me to write. so, here you go:
FOREVER ROAD
these days and the words we speak
in person or via electronic
are not equating to a winning situation
sometimes through thick and thin
things become worn and broken
and my friend, this could be the path we're on
oh this path, this path this path we're on
it's like going down a lonely road
and the map can't help you heal your souls
oh this path, this path, this path we're on
and it's called forever road.
(repeat)

surely any real self-respecting fan of music would prefer
godhead.
they had that amazing song 'eleanor rigby' after all.
( also i went to their site just now to confirm the address and one of their videos starts to stream automatically. it also coincided with the ending of the deerhoof album i was listening to and i suddenly thought 'this is a deerhoof song i've never heard before....' )

According to Russ, there are only 40-50 real people that are signed up on this site. . . and only 28 of them ever post.
A dozen of that 28 have over 100 user names.
I can say that I am not one of them.

Well it has to be over 40, since I've personally met over 50 of them.
Or wait...
Holy crap! Is this an episode of the Twilight Zone!?!?!?

There's 2622 user names for roughly 40-50 people? That's retarded. Clarify my math, and it becomes only slightly less retarded.

Yes, let's do this.
I am myself, a replacement for an initial name that was used for (maybe) one week and then never again. *
Pony up clowns. I'd like to see a name list submission from one of the "Hundred-Name Dozen" soot tweet.
*My non-work email has been "electricchimp@............com" for years regardless of provider. On one or two other forums I had used "Electric Chimp", and naturally used it here when signing up. Proudly reviewed my first (ever on-line forum) post, looked at my name, looked at the web site name, looked at my name, looked at the website name, and promptly changed one word to "Mr."

i think i'm missing the point of something here.
is the idea behind having more than one username to post responses to your own threads? wouldn't the IP address show it was the same person? or doesn't it work like that?
