stewie wrote:Nah, that would be too convenient. Although any EA folks who are coming down to the conference are welcome to book reservations at my apt. I have a very comfortable couch.

Thanks for the offer, but I'm already booked into the conference hotel for $99 a night. If you offer 45-holes of Championship golf, 31 lighted tennis courts, luxury spa services, a 143-foot waterslide, five distinctive restaurants and on-site equestrian facilities then I would perhaps reconsider.

Otherwise me and Mr. Hilton will be transacting.

Eh! Oh! Eh! My cheeks are flushed w/ rejection, Don Stewie. You want dine w/ snobby North side over in whiteytown, where these old people with the lizard skin tanned like imitation Italian leather come to die, is OK!

We are in lovely neighborhood call the Barrio Hollywood, is like Tucson equivalent South Central side Los Angeles. Is maybe 80% Hispanic. But these downtown, she is maybe 10-15 minute to walk. From North side (she calls Oro Valley), where you stay, is 30-40 minute to drive, that is w/ traffic is nice. Many people w/ Hummer and big SUV clog up traffic trying to get back to their safe home.

You say 31 lighted tennis courts, I say we have basketball and tennis court, sometime is to be lit. For waterslide, you can maybe to wait for monsoon season, when normally dry Santa Cruz bed near our home is fill w/ water and is good for slide! If you are to eat downtown, please to eat w/ friends at Caffe Milano Paninoteca (just east of Fox Theatre)! These panini is so good, you are to cry! Breakfast, you must eat the Hotel Congress! Dinner, please to eat the Cafe Poca Cosa (new Poca Cosa on Scott). Ok!

This suggestions, she is so great! I will to leave the Hilton alone for some time to eat these places up!

This barrio (I call it "barria", is more my liking!) sounds like the good place! But where is your equestrian offer? Can maybe I ride poor street urchin like horse?

Salut mattw! Will your attendence at the conference be appearing?

I forget to say- Caffe Milano, she is open until maybe 2 or 3 pm on Friday, then close and reopen for dinner from 5-9 pm. On Saturday is open only for dinner from 5-9. If you like authentic food from your fake mother country, I can no recommend higher place. Get the panini w/ goat cheese.

I haven't been to Poca Cosa since they moved it, but these menu, she change daily. If they perchance have a mole or pulled pork, order! She is on Pennington/Scott.

My equestrian offer is to drive one hour to Nogales, Sonora, Mexico. The girls down there have wonderful sports they make to do w/ horses.

Salut mattw! Will your attendence at the conference be appearing?

If I will be appearing depend! Conference registrari is no so cheap, and I am so poor! If proprietor Electrical Audios is to come, money will appearing quickly! If there is a good rock show (as to understand will be making at Hotel Congress), perhaps to see you there!

Sorry dude, didn't mean to come off as a complainer. I was just curious as to whether Shellac had any plans to come back to this area. A couple of my friends saw them at Rutgers or Princeton a few years back but they were on heroin or something so they don't remember too much about it.

Princeton. sorry to say, but you missed out big time on that show! it was excellent! arab on radar, enemymine, don cab, and uzeda played as well. shellac was great... but i think uzeda took the cake at that show. i was blown away. i can't wait for them to come back to the US. and a new recording??!!

Approximately how far is Bologna from Venice? I will be flying into Venice on the 6th and I really want to catch them, but european geography is completely foreign to me.

Rather than drive from Washington to Texas, I think I'll just wait for the T&G 25th. In all honesty, I'd be much happier with a new Shellac album than new tour dates.
