its one of my favorite sounds ever. I seriously regret selling that beast. I actually ran that in line with a blackcat bass octave fuzz and a fulltone bass drive. once I was really stoned and playing with a glorious amount of feedback and ended up blowing up my amp. the sound was worth it though, really hypnotizing.

also, some other pedals.
The only thing that kind of sucks about the moog is the extreme amount of tweaking you can do with the thing. cool for fucking around but kind of a headache when you're trying to get certain sounds at a practice or something.
fuck it. who says a song has to be the exact same everytime.

In the notepad document llllllllllllllllllllllll wrote:amp was very near 10 on all songs.

These are very much worth listening to, thank you.
EDIT: It just dawned on me: Computer mic, one minute clips; was this done with Sound Recorder?

Thank you very much! Yes, it was done with Windows Sound Recorder.

YES.
The guitarist in my band bought one (the Ring Mod) from a fella in Americania. It worked fine for around 4 months, and then broke at a gig (last September). He tried to get in touch with Moog, who ignored him. He then sent it to a tech, who sent it to another tech, who sent it to another tech in London.
Almost 12 months on, and it is still broken. No-one can suss out why it isn't working properly.
He bought another one last week, and I bought one too. Such a cool pedal. I love how all the main controls can be linked to an expression pedal. Love it.

bummer.
I was actually asking about the expression pedal. I read in another thread that some of those one-way volume controls (like for vcf filters) are poorly constructed. I know the one I'm currrently using is. I have to fix it every time I play because it just falls apart.
but yes, the expression pedal capabilities are probably the best feature on the moogerfoogers, and I'd love to invest in a reliable controller.
thanks.
