Nope, just stoned. Richard was generous by allowing us even that much time to play. Everyone, including my own band, played relatively long sets. We should've been more on top of the evening to allow for letting the guy who set the show up to debut his new project. Lesson learned.

I hope we didn't play too long, we timed out a 35 min set but I know we were fucking around talking for a few minutes here and there.

That movie was kinda fucked up, I forgot about it...there was a very long, graphic woman giving birth scene interspliced with Polish people getting shot over and over...at an ear splitting volume. For like 2 hours.
I really could have done without the art movie.
The next one we have to do on a Friday night, free food and he lets us play as long as we want.

Maybe some kind of system where names are picked out of a hat or numbers get called and bands are assembed on the spot from the various people there.
I'm gonna work out the specifics, this could be really fun.

NYE will not be good. No way. Jan/Feb, bands don't play out as much. So a Friday night anytime around those months would be perfect. I'm sure there's enough people on this forum to get the ball rolling. I'm sure it would mostly be friends, much like the last show.
