church sund is a very respectable area of acoustics and sound reinforcement. challenging, strict with regard to aesthetics, and speech intelligibility is crucial.

and there's loads of money in it. some churches, anyway, will spend tens or hundreds of thousands on their systems.

Oh, yes indeedy. I've put in a couple of systems myself. The clients...well, you know exactly what the clients are usually like.

And who really cares about this J. Hall thing, anyway? I would have liked to have read the 'tongue lashing', as Mr. Albini excels at that sort of thing, but really. The guy's a 'mixer'. Aren't you?
