That's a really sick movie, and rather obscure. It's basically the simulated torture of a young girl.
Back in the '80s, Charlie Sheen saw the movie, thought it was a genuine snuff movie and sent it to the FBI. They launched an investigation and discovered it was actually just a Japanese commercial release for the extreme sicko market.
