So the "Baby Ten" might say something to you?

Yes it does. I've actually breadboarded maybe the exact same thing, something like it is in one of the Radio Shack electronic kit books. So yeah, that's the plan. Funny how simple an analog sequencer can be. And yet so expensive to buy.

Maybe pics of the synth pile on monday...

found some synth pics on the computer already:

I bought half of this on a visit to analog haven while on tour summer 06. Blew almost the whole tour budget on it. If you think that website is dangerous to your bank account, don't walk into the brick-and-mortar store.

Here is the modular in service for spring reverb during an "outside the box" mixing experiment.

Ah, Doepfer. I've played around with some of their stuff, I get the feeling you need quite a few modules to really get into the wacky patches. Maybe it was because they had a fairly limited range in the shop I tried them in. I'd like to try a whole wall of Doepfer someday.

My homemade in temporary (like, three years temporary) boxes. I've about 40-50 more modules built, tested and calibrated, just need the front panels and a really nice case.

Boy that's a crappy picture.

it's the fender strat of modern synths of sorts. cheap, usable, good sounds, i heard it's a bit of a headache to program directly into the box.
shitloads of bands use them, and they always sound good.
so yeah, i'm a pussy.

I have that one, it's okay. I think the "formant hold" thingee (in the vocoder part of it) and the patch functions are your best bet for getting with the cool.

I've been monitoring this thread with interest, because I am currently in the process of setting up a sort of a electronic/minimalist type outfit and it should be all hardware based.

Does anyone know what type of things, say, Suicide was down with?
