I spent a summer listening to Henry's Dream. I enjoyed it very much. And then I sort of tired of the schtick (if you will) and the histrionics. Same thing happened to me with Tom Waits. My friends don't understand, accuse me of listening to 'heroin music'.
If things progress like this, in five years I will only listen to minimalist chamber music, the really slow Low songs, and Renaissance polyphony numbers like The Tears of St. Peter. Maybe some Steely Dan for good measure.
I need help.
