Back to Michael Phelps: how much does he poop? And why doesn't that weigh him down?
that damned fly wrote:this diet is about what i've heard for any professional athlete. you ever see what a pro wrestler eats?
what about that guy, i forget his name, like super runner, eats while running, loves running 'cause he can order pizzas on the go, devour them while running, runs while sleeping...that shit's insane.
during phelps's downtime i'm sure he eats less. hes near retirement.
also, he's like 23, those youngsters burn calories better than those "aging." plus, again, an actual athlete, not in shape, not fit, his job is to swim. not just well, record-breakingly well. bring in that kind of shape will burn some fuel.
you posted his diet, go find his workout and training schedule.

Pish, piece of cake.
How about:
Breakfast- All Kuma burgers, 100% beef version
Lunch- All Kuma burgers, chicken breast version
Dinner- All Kuma burgers, garden burger version
Every single one with a side of fries.
Ugh.
