Ok, anything other than grey, black, dark blue or dark green would be hard to sell me.

They are pretty much orange, maybe a very slight burnt, "pumpkin" might be an appropriate tone.

I tend to wear colorful jeans. I’m not sure if it comes off Abercrombie, but I’m so old I don’t really care that much. Would do brick red, would not do the more saturated reds. It doesn’t help that my face is also very red, like an angry dad yelling at the lawn mower, but hey. The pants are pretty far from the face, usually, if you don’t have a lot of fun, which I don’t.

can't wear corduroy anymore due to it being the de facto choice of pant in high school because we weren't allowed to wear jeans. Corduroys, boat shoes, scapulars, and zit cream was the fashion.

Catholic school ran by Carmelites. So weird that we had a strict dress code, but we also had an indoor smoking section for students. Crazy. The following year they nixed the indoor smoking station and moved it outside. No jeans, but you could smoke your heart out. Also had a closed campus. Couldn't leave once school started.

Needless to say I was insanely jealous of public school kids.

At least we could smoke.
