I bought a set for a Warmoth Jazzmaster build i'm working on but it'll be a while before I can afford to finish it up.Just curious if anyones heard them or played them? I feel like I took a bit of a gamble on them, considering you can get a set of Duncans, lollars, fralins, Novaks, etc., for quite a bit less and these brands are established as being very well liked by JM freaks.Hey riff - if you wanna buy a proper JM pick guard for my blacktop, you're welcome to borrow it and set it up with those pickups to test it out. Right now the set up is a humbucker sized P90 in the bridge and a fender JM in the neck, so it'd be a pretty simple thing to do. I need to decide what to do with those guitars I don't really play anymore. Thanks, but I've already bought a pick guard. I've got black and white pickup covers just to see which looks better. Guitar is gonna be surf green, mint pick guard, black pickups (maybe). We'll see!! I'll post pics soon cuz I should be able to finish the guitar as soon as the body arrives in a week or two.

Long time lurker I just joined to say this thread was invaluable in making the decision to buy this guitar. Such great info it's like a history lesson on EGC. This particular one popped up on Reverb and was pretty much what I would have configured so it was like meant to be. I am beyond thrilled with the tone and craftsmanship and neck is so deliciously thin and even it like nothing else. Anyway just wanted to share anyone on the fence go ahead jump over. Thanks again!
