I’m not in a band, but this fairy accomplished underground film that I’m in is now playing nightly, until July 3rd, at The Ritz in NE Minneapolis. (Meant to post about this prior to the premiere but I’ve been insufferably busy as of late.) Would recommend giving this movie a shot if you’re looking to see something worthwhile that isn’t quite like anything else you’ve seen before. I play a cranky, “intermittently unlikable” character sort of like myself, though I feel obliged to point out that this is indeed a performance and not quite autobiographical. It should also go without sayign that I’m not your typical, conventionally attractive male lead (which is one of the things that makes this movie kinda cool -- its inherent critique of masculinity!).
