These old Peaveys amps might be about the last, best deals for old tube amps. Even their guitars like t-40s and t-60s are hundreds of dollars now when they used to be ubiquitous for 100-200.

Worth noting that they are just as painful to move as any other old combo though. Strangely better moving combos in a wheeled case. It raises the top just enough to make it in reach where as combo w out case just sits a hair too low that you (or rather I) have to stoop over just enough to feel awkward. Plus a case gives you a platform to get it up off the ground and hear it better.

I dont think its wrong to consider it akin to a poor-man’s twin reverb as far as being a super clean & loud pedal platform. Id maybe even give deuce (or mace) the edge for being less ice-picky.

MusicMan HD-130 probably belongs in there too, reverb search puts the two on equal footing, although not nearly the bargain they once were.

All fantastic amps, but if affordability is the main factor, the Deuce wins hands-down even though I'd personally rather have either of the other two I guess.
