You have a good point DefinitelyNOTtheSWEDE. However, the difference lies in the fact that "Peripatetic" really is my alter ego as I would assume "DefinitelyNOTtheSWEDE" is yours, whereas in the case of "waltermalling" it has been admitted by the creator of wm himself that it was not in fact his (the real waltermalling) real alter ego, but instead it was a "made up" alter ego, made up for the amusement of the creator himself.
