545As Neal said, this was a custom build for Ron, who plays in Bongripper, so it's not a new series that Kevin is offering. It's the only actual P-style body I've seen from EGC, though I'm told that there are two or three others out there somewhere. As was also said, the neck doesn't go quite as deep into the body as a Fender P-Bass, hence the slightly different bridge placement. So it's still standard 34 scale, but feels a bit longer (almost like a Thunderbird) because the headstock end of the neck is further out from the body than on a Fender.I made a brief demo of this bass on my phone. 550I had to hole up for with my guitar and practice for months before I got used to my EGC. They ve got such a big sound it really is incredible.
