I don't think it needs to get checked out.
My arm is stiff as shit and sore as shit, but it doesn't seem like it's something that ice and heat won't naturally fix.

Just got back from night #2 of photographing the Xmas house lights up in Yonkers (where my mom lives.)
Having my mom as my wingman was really, really cool.
I only got chased once.
