from what I remember:
- mexican wrestler
- second baseman, LA Dodgers
It was more about doing things as an adult rather than being something.
I guess I didn't understand the concept of a profession. I still don't get that.

At first a cartoonist then I heard my first Beatles recording and wanted to be George Martin.
After that it was a toss between Rick Rubin and Steve Albini

An archeologist or an astronaut. But I didn't like school or the military. So I became a bum instead.

Musician
Scientist of the Physics or Astronomy variety and or Musician.
Math Teacher and or recording engineer and or Musician.
In college I tried the math teacher thing, but I dropped out to be a musician and recording engineer. After finally making a living as a recording engineer, I decided it wasn't want I wanted to be doing full time. Now I do prepress at a print shop, part time engineer, recreational musician.

I remember really wanting to be a cement truck driver. I guess it sort of still is a pipe dream of mine.

A professional football player.
I was heading in the right direction (played for Hearts at U16 level) then had a bad injury. During this layoff I started taking more drugs than I should have and never played for Hearts again.
It was around this time I started taking music seriously.

- wanted to build robots or be a paleontologist. (you know, finding dinosaurs and stuff)

- psychologist
then found a job as a web designer. wtf.
