For years I had a wish list of bands that I hoped to see and thought I never would. However, suprisingly a number of them have actually been seen in concert:

Black Sabbath
Beatles (McCartney last solo tour was about as close as one could get)
Beach Boys (Brian Wilson, see above)
KISS
King Crimson
Steely Dan
Pixies

and of course, the forthcoming Slint campaign.

Now, to the topic at hand, keeping it purely to bands that I could not / did not take the opportunity to see:

Bastro
Rapeman
Scratch Acid
Big Boys
Volcano Suns
Smiths
Chavez
Silkworm quartet
Husker Du
Sleep
Bitch Magnet
Tar Babies
Bongwater


I have, unfortunately, had the opportunity to see the JY Group - JY meaning James Young, poodle-haired guitarist from STYX.

That show will be monstrous. Both the other bands are fantastic too.
