I tried listening to Glow On by Turnstile, and it sounded like 311 crossed with Imagine Dragons. Not all hardcore has to sound like Sheer Terror, but this is horseshit.

That stuff was from a few years ago. The newer stuff sounds like Machine Gun Kelly or some shit.

It's certainly easy enough for us to stick to our own known, reliable, and pre-approved purveyors of properly executed Rock Music.

Of course, it's fine to vote crap in the crap/not crap forum.
But sometimes I can sense (among my cohort) a general kind of "Yeah, have you noticed ALL young bands suck now?" attitude.
"Why does every successful young band totally suck now?" -- What might have changed? Maybe it's you.
I mean, fifty-year olds policing 20-year old punk bands?
