1) Be found hoarding 80 animals in your home.

2) Drive through a storefront.

I'm 6/80ths the way to #1.

this is a current photo of our puppy, mr. bookman ("book" or "bookman") that we were told to destroy for his agression. he is now 9 mo. (35#) and a very happy dog. we are fairly certain he is 3/4 kelpie and 1/4 border collie.

he is still very protective of home and vehicle (i could leave a stack of bills on the dash with the windows down and no one would reach in to get them) and puts on a terrific "ferocious" show until we "thank" him, at which point he calms down. he also responds well to shaking hands, meaning that if someone he doesn't know approaches, if i shake this person's hand he immediately calms down. he also is perfect with strangers, after the initial show, if they ignore him. this can be very difficult for people to do because they "love animals." if he gets out of hand at all he is "rolled" until he's calm.

he is a very work oriented dog and loves chasing a tennis ball fore miles down the beach and to herd the dogs at the dog park. you can see when with him that it's not "fun" to chase the ball, it is "work" that he seems to take very seriously. he is simply not the "family dog" most families envision, he's not cuddly or wanting of much attention. he wants to work or sleep, that's about it.
