My first Mex Fender, and my GOD what a gem. Equal in feel to the AV65 I tried once (and the same pickups etc)

Someone locally has a Cascade x15 stereo ribbon listed for $200, and I'm probably gonna go for it.

I got it. Had to re-solder the 5 pin- XLR cable, but it all works and sounds pretty good on first listen. Stock transformers, not upgraded lundahls, but not half bad as is.
If anyone's interested, there's one on ebay for $200 +tax & shipping. (listed price is higher, but seller countered with $200 when I made a lower best offer)
