Punkin is 9 and doesn't clean himself so well anymore. Bath time, which he doesn't mind at all.

is the reason kitty arthritis?
my old cat Bill had the same problem of not cleaning himself too well and he got matted pretty badly which we couldn't figure out...the reason turned out to be cancer around his lungs which made it painful for him to reach around to the back half of him...
