I just got the mono version of one of these:
It looks almost like a Behringer PA Head, but it does the Soldano thing on the two Hi gain channels, and the two low gain channels remind me of a Hiwatt with massive bottom end dynamics. The mono version will output between 80 and 160 watts depending on the tubes you use in the output section. The above amp is the stereo version which outputs half of what the mono version outputs into two channels.

Simms Watts 100W head through matching 4x12. Probably a couple of fuzzboxes on the way in. Les Paul. BOOM.

Man, that's ugly. Does it have "Tribal Graphics" stenciled on it?
Are the controls labeled "Grind" "Shred" and "Force"?

I believe they're labelled "Pestolence", "Putrification" and "Degradation".

It wasn't a regular Les on Reed's
Transformer- I clearly heard a vibrato bar. I guess he could have had a Bigsby but it doesn't sound right.

To everybody who thinks my new amp is ugly, I agree that it is ugly, but then again it's from Germany, and the layout and general look of the amp was designed by Germans. Modern German Industrial design is pretty hit or miss, but then again, I really don't give a shit about what it looks like. -- The nameplate has been removed, and at some point I may cover the vented front plate with blackface era Fender Grille cloth.
And no, It doesn't have tribal Graphics, nor are the channels named 'Grind', 'Shred, 'Force', 'Pestilence', 'Putrification','Degredation',etc, etc, Ad Nauseam. --It's simply a very good, and very well built amp that happens to have a rather cheezy look to it.
So fuckin' what if my amp is ugly, I can live with that.
