i can't believe he ruined his post count by coming back....

I can't believe he claims himself to be the backgammon champion! He was about 2 or 3 turns away from losing his game against me when he accidentally stopped making moves so the game would expire. Made of brass, that guy.

Holy crap did he have great tone. Clean and distorted. Both great, truly great.

And it looks like Frusciante is really, really into what he's playing.

So I can understand what Flea was saying about it breaking John's heart to have it out there, sounding like ass on the net, before the real-deal album is even out there. It makes sense, it seems genuine, and I have no hesitation about granting that point to him.

That guitar tones were really great, on SNL anyhow.

Hold the phone, Jones! His tone, alone, is giving you the bone?

i don’t really feel bad for flea but i do think we will be seeing more of this in the future. record label based “leaks”. i can only hope that the new rob thomas and pumpkins records get leaked a few months before they drop.

and thanks for the river phoenix footage. what a terrible loss. they broke the mold when he died. and probably when brandon lee died too.

WALTER!!!

hi scott. or toomanyhelicopters. or whatever the other name it is that you use.

i was up 3 or 4 games on you when i decided that backgammon had become like sports betting was for me in the early 90's. and that is a very, powerful and painful addiction. ask my wife. on a positive note though; during the withdrawal from gambling was one of the first times i truly discovered my inner creative side. i miss betting greatly but in the end, i'm a better and more creative person because i let it go.

anyhow, i took some time off from backgammon. but, i'm back. next time we'll play pro backgammon so we all will then know who the true champion is. ask linus van pelt (lvp), he knows who the champion is.
