That's just poor representation of a literary character.

I don't think you get it. Think about it a little more and maybe read the book again... Last time I checked, I didn't reside in Chicago or hang outside of EAR on a Saturday night drinking beer hoping to catch a glimpse of a Pixie... I'd rather stay home and enjoy the company of the green fairy and a good book.

There's a similarly disturbing subliminal message in the classic Disney film, The Lion King.

I find this message to be more incriminating than Mario's "ur mr. gay", which I feel is more likely to have been a product of pure happenstance.

Still, though. Fascinating.

See, I am not Yut. I suspect it is Redline.

When I vote, I will write in Al Gore/Robert Fripp.

Would Yut do that?

He won't even vote.

He thinks Democrats are disingenuous.

They may not be the best, but they are WAYYYY better than Republicans. That depends on what the definitions of "they", "wayyyyy" and "than" are, of course.

I am going to rock the vote so damn hard, I will punch a hole in that touch screen! Heck, I will bring in my telecaster and smash it all Who style (I know Tommydski, the Who did not use teles, but please bear with my elaboration) on that flat panel display!

Of course, anyone whose gotten Mario to clear every flagpole in his original title remembers the thrill and confusion of being introduced to a flagpole of a very different nature.

Hardly offensive at all, as it's such a poor 8-bit representation of a phallus, I like to think that this easter egg was more of a reflection on the visceral sexuality of 80's youth culture than a pornographic stunt.

What Rick Wakeman side of TFTO? Anderson and Howe wrote that record, and Wakeman put his keys on it... He hates TFTO. There is no "Rick Wakeman" side to that double album. He quit the band after TFTO because he hated it, and if you watch recent documentaries, he still says he does not like that record. He hates it so much, he ate curry instead of playing keys when they played a concert... Wakeman went AWOL with the vindaloooo over that one, that is how much he hates it.

He is nuts, I side with Anderson... It is their best one. Ugh... Tough call... Close to the Edge, TFTO, Relayer, and G4T1 are all winners... I like Fragile, but it is highly acclaimed due to all the radio airplay. No one will play a 20 minute tune like Ritual from TFTO... But you can hear stuff from Fragile while shopping at Whole Paycheck, and even Coast to Coast AM plays bumper music off the Yes album. Good stuff, but not the Yes that went out on a limb and took risks...

Rick Wakeman has an interesting sense of taste. Have you heard Journey to the Center of the Earth? Puke.

Chris Squire's solo record "Fish out of Water" is great.

Bruford's solo career is amazing (I favor "Gradually Going Tornado", even more than "One of a Kind")

I respect Wakeman as a great keyboard player, but I am glad he left and Moraz played on Relayer. His attitude was all wrong for Yes at that period in time.

Then he came back, and I gotta say, I really do like Going for the One.

I have a lot of conflicting opinions of Wakeman...

Yes, Drama is amazing. Someone said it is their best... Sometimes I would agree. Drama is surprising good considering Anderson and Wakeman had nothing to do with it.

Oh, the Adrian Belew side of "Lizard" is truly unlistenable... he he he...

Side 2 of "Tales..." is usually regarded as the Wakeman-heavy side of TFTO.

Lizard. Now, there is a polarizing Crimson lp.

I like King Crimson's Lizard for most of the reasons folks hate it: busy drumming, odd vocalist (Haskell), Anderson guest-spot, lots of reeds/brass.

Lizard is GO!

First off, there are 4 sides to the record, it is a double record. So you think "The Remembering" is very Wakeman-esque? I find just about as many Wakeman-isms on that as all the songs. It seems to me that "The Remembering" has a lot more input from Howe's guitar than Wakeman's keys. I have never ever heard anyone call anything from TFTO the "Wakeman" material... Maybe you should update Wikipedia, because they also mention how much he hates it, as does every documentary I have seen on Yes.

No... Anderson and Howe wrote it, and Wakeman put some keyboard parts on pieces of music he really did not care about at all. In fact, he felt a bit insulted that he was cut out of the songwriting process... There are keyboards all over that whole record, but the songs were written by Anderson and Howe.

Anderson and Howe are the main Yesmen. Even now, Anderson and Howe have their own dressing rooms, and Alan White, Wakeman, and Chris Squire share one. As great of a keyboard player as Wakeman is, he is not in the leadership of Yes, and he has been replaced by countless keyboard players -- Moraz, Igor, Brizlin (from Spiraling), etc. I am hoping their 40th anniversary tour will have Rudess on keys, but I doubt it...

Lizard is the first good Crimson record. The "observation by King Crimson" first record sucks really bad. For 1969, it is pretty groovy, and not timeless. The second half of the record is somewhat listenable but nothing impressive. Fripp even comments on how bland and mediocre his guitar playing is. After that one, he studied guitar seriously, started learning flamenco, etc.

Cat food? In the Wake of Poseidon is mostly crap.

Lizard is pretty damn good. I like Happy Family. The Japanese fusion band by the same name is sick, though... They make Crimson look like retards.
