And I misspoke. The Indian place is actually on DeKalb, so it'll be even closer to the venue. In fact, if it's where I think it is, it's just a block from the Masonic Temple of Destruction.

I never know for sure, but if my usual schedule holds, I'll be home by 6:00. That gives us an hour until doors, which really means closer to 2 hours before any band hits the stage. And I'm pretty sure you can practically see the venue from the restaurant.
I think it's sit-down style, but if their delivery is any indication of their service, it'll be lightning-fast.
It's called Amin. It's on Dekalb between Vanderbilt and Clermont.

If it snows Friday night or if it looks like it will before 10AM Saturday, I won't be able to make it.
So if you wanted tickets on Friday and it's snowing on Friday, PM me and we'll work something out.

No, I'm a parent with wife out of town on a business trip, a babysitter that's booked, and a mother that freaks out when she has to drive in the snow.
Maybe I could set up a toddler bed by the soundboard.

Amin at about five o' clock for me, then. We could get a group together and hold some room. People can have drinks or whatever. My party will want to be at the venue before seven. We are going too far to not be stagefront.
