Ratting people out for breaking the rules?
I thought this was pretty obvious. He doesn't hesitate to have high moral standards for others, because he has high moral standards for himself. He demands adherence to a strict ethical code in his own life. He also has ethical expectations that he projects onto others.
Seems kinda obvious and also very rational and reasonable to say and do.
It is not rational or reasonable to demand adherence to the same strict moral code for all people. This, coupled with Tom's free use of jargon like KWST (of whatever it was) and SP (not to mention his own admission that it's all or nothing in his judgment), show that he's interested in condemning and controlling people. Fuck that.

He's saying he longs for the day when there isn't so much work to be done, the day when the world has already been healed and everything is all good. But as it is, the world is a crazy fucked up place, and there's no time for just lazying about; there's too much work to be done. "I know" is him saying that he's been woken up and is aware of what a broken place humanity really is.
I thought this stuff was all pretty clear and obvious.
Cruise is expressing a common sentiment of those who are self-professed messiahs. He says there's no time for rest because the world's a fucked up place? The world has always been a fucked up place. I can guarantee you that it will continue to be a fucked up place for the rest of my life and TC's life no matter what he or I will do. So he's advocating an unsustainable lifestyle that results in either hypocrisy or fanaticism. Sorry - I prefer to take my life advice from those who give me a better sense of how to live and make a difference in the world that I actually live in. When someone tells me that only infidels take a vacation, I am not interested.
I don't care how happy he seems. People who behave the way he does are bad folk. He's interested in controlling those who agree with his worldview and condemning those who don't. Give someone like that some power and they will harm others. Fuck that. Scientologists are right to try and sue the shit out of Gawker for exposing this stuff - people recoil from it through dread or laughter. Good for them.
