And just think if he didn't blow out his hamstring. And his ankle. And didn't break his hand. Or...make the silly decision to sign with the Reds. He'd likely be #1 on that list, and possibly over 800.

Oh well. The guy deserves every accolade thrown at him.

I doubt he'd be #1 and I know he wouldn't have 800.
He would at least be tied with Ruth and within 10 of Aaron by now.
