Never thought I'd make it that far, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Got any plans? Other than buying a cane?

...oh......well....wow......uhmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!
It looks like we are wating for something terrible or incredibly amazing
that somebodyelse(god,the devil,the evil,the rescuer)will make to respond
to our needs or frustrations and/or insecurity.
Should we maybe slow down a bit?
.....we just need, maybe, sit down under a tree, alone or with friends,
enjoying the way we are and what we have,
thinking that we CAN drive our future to the maximum scale and intensity
of our DREAM,our way of Life, our existence.
But,maybe, the deep true question isn't "how the future will be",
maybe the true question is:
"Do we have a dream to work hard for to make it happen?????
..........NO DREAMS?????............NO FUTURE!!!!!!

In the conquest for money, health and wealth, biologists kill us before global warming and nuclear fallout, fueled by consumer demand, tinkering with RNA, DNA, viruses and bacteria.

I can't believe ColPan is going to be 40. That is ridiculous. There is no way he is pushing forty. I need to see some ID before I believe that.

Man, I hope there's a PRF when I'm nudging the four-zero.

10 years - Chinese Democracy still not finished.

20 years - Chinese Democracy "nearing completion".

100 years - Chinese Democracy released, world ends.

Unlike some people on this board I think more countries with nuclear weapons is a bad thing. I have doubts we as a species will survive the next 100 years without some serious wars against primitively minded regimes with nukes. Unfortunately. As much as the "big guys" with nukes - USA, Russia, France, India, China etc. - should disarm. Them actually using them is extremely doubtful as they as voters to take into account, at the very least (bar China). The rest don't have enough to make a serious impact... so maybe we should just let them go for it... ;-)
