they are both good. the goya is a bit richer. if you go to a mexican grocery store they have a few odd brands. i tried em all. goya wins. the diet malta goya is good too, but harder to find. i was living in a hispanic neighrborhood once and i bought some and the latina cashier said to me " you are the first gringo to ever buy this stuff here." this peorto rican chick told me once that folks back there mix it with a raw egg for a "milkshake" kind of thing. i dont have the guts to try it.
