I'll second the end of Mouthbreather. There's one towards the end of In my Time of Dying that tickles my balls, and for good measure, and whether or not it counts, I'll say anything played by Charlie Ondras. One of my favorite drummers, a lot of his rhythms sounded like fills played on a loop.
