Paying $75 for a ticket to any concert is crap and the band is crap by proxy.

so my friend Mike emailed me a few weeks ago.

Mike, my dear friend John and I are going to see "G'N'R" on Monday Nov 27th @ the Allstate arena.

Mike's friend is Guns N' Roses' accountant.

we are receiving complimentary tickets, and if all goes well "All Access" passes.

while, this show has little to no chance of being "Good," however the chances of it being "entertaining" are high to excellent.

Not Crap.

Not Crap.

We await your report with bated breath. And when I say 'we,' I mean 'I.'

Hey, you're in the entertainment industry - see if you can get an advance of the new one.

I don't have nearly enough "Entertainment Industry pull" to be able to bring Chinese Democracy to America. There were three TERRIBLE songs leaked earlier in another thread, but I checked and those links are long dead.

they were, however called:

"the Blues"

"I.R.S."

and

"T.W.A.T. (There Was A Time)"

haha.

I haven't been able to find any of the leaks except this live version of "the Blues" here. (audio link to mp3)

such crap.

Oh no. I will join you in making that a full-fledged "we."

They are allegedly playing the Bradley Center in Milwaukee around the same time. Someone i know actually bought tickets--i can't remember who, but i remember thinking they were insane. You couldn't drag me from that show with a team of Clydesdales if i had free tickets, though.

Perhaps you could donate those tickets and passes to a good cause, such as fire.

Apparently this ersatz line-up of GNR are being supported by neo-ironic big-haired British Crue-punk rip-offs Towers of London on at least some of this tour.

Rock, eating itself.
