Maybe, but we're talking gargantuan waffles with both, IMO.

Supertramp are a bit proggy, a bit self-satisfied, and if I'm not in the mood that voice could drive me to commit heinous acts.

Adam et al are unashamedly pop music for mostly kids, were largely manufactured and strayed into very crap territory on occasion (Ant Rap anyone?)

If so, I quite like the original recording of "Jesus Christ Superstar" with Ian Gillan playing Jesus. That's pretty much where it stops for me with both him and Gillan.

Agreed. As with the Carpenters, I think it's been socially acceptable to like them since the early 90s at least.

I like the first two Weezer records, with waffles on some of the creep-ass lyrics. Everything else after that is worthless crap.

Most of the Sub-Crass Anarcho Punk bands. Dirt, APPLE, Flux..., etc.

Not great, not original, BUT certain days it's the ONLY thing that gets me going.
