Focaccia, in all but the very rare exception, is shit.
You need to try schiacciata. It's the Tuscan version, much flatter (schiacciare means "to squash or crush") and crispier.
It can be akin to the crispy bits at the bottom of a bag of chips (Irish and English chips). Tremendous.

I've had it in Umbria, yeah, it was great, but I was in Umbria, so there's that. Sardinia has Pane Carasau, "musical bread" which is amazing too.

Used to make a Schiaccita with wine grapes baked into it, and course sugar on top. Eye Popping
"Sourdough" is such a broad term. If you mean San Francisco "Sour" it can be overrated, especially when over fermented. The term also implies "naturally levained" with wild bacteria cultures. this process can create a wide range of breads, including baguettes.

YETI coolers-unless you are hauling lion meat through the desert, you don't need a cooler of this grade.

Jesus yes. $20 for a bowl in Los Angeles. My friend estimated that he and his wife spent like $5K on açai bowls one year.

It's fine to eat, but it's just bread, you know? And it takes a very long time to make. Whatever.

Sourdough rules, come on. Especially the tangy, long-fermented San Francisco* style. I will die on this hill defending artisanal bread.

*San Francisco itself: probably overrated, but I’m not really willing to get passionate about that.
