I gave them a big ol' CRAP. I had not heard them, so I decided to listen a few days ago. I was not amused.
I'm not a fan of these uber-arty electro noodlings. CocoRosie is definetly not my cup of tea. Theres nothing about this music that 'grabs' me. I think I'd rather listen to Ladytron, and I don't even like Ladytron, really.

CRAP.
you have not the smallest idea on what you are speaking of
Not one second of any recorded cocorosie sound is anywhere near crap, it's all so far above and beyond you or your simpleton tastes that yeah, I can see where your reaction would be what it is
It must be a complete shock to your malfunctioning system to hear utter musical perfection, someone who's awareness and appreciation is so flawed I guess just can't handle such beautiful, perfect things
rest assured one day maybe you will mature and you will begin to understand why the cocorosies rule

I think that particular stage of maturity also includes forgetting my daughter's name, using a wheelchair, and boiling my own feces on the stove. I'm not looking forward to it.

the depth, emotion and beauty of these songs could easily drive a man mad, I agree

Now I get it - I recognize Mike Patton on the left, but who's that other dude down below?
(this might go further towards explaining the caterwaul I heard at T&G25)
