The border is what, 4 to 5 thousand miles away.
I presume that they have a discretionary right to choose whichever agency, but choosing ICE seems like an odd choice. But when you think about who will be there in diplomatic mission, it makes complete sense.

A fun one for our American friends. The Melania documentary opened in the UK and on opening night sold… one ticket.
That's an excellent serving of schadenfraude. Thank you.
Just to make you feel even better.
It opened in 22 cinemas.
The tone deafness of that particular ruling class there is astonishing. JD Vance is gonna get booed in Italy from the moment he steps of the plane. That is if anyone even recognizes that's him.

She is "against the riots" though.
Italy should not be worried about immigration enforcement of course (idiotic thing to say), it should be worried about the competency of the ICE agents who will be there in the event someone approaches the Vance's in a way Vance doesn't like.

I'd love to see the Italian government do something about it, but I doubt it since they have their own Nazi in power.

A proper reporter would have waited for this guy to show up and interviewed him. I want to know
his story. "My friend bailed on me." Did he buy snacks? Did he stay and watch all the credits to the end?
