I have. Just saying.
Some friends of mine also did the same, so maybe I spoke too soon.
Some celebrities are complaining about now having to pay for their verified checkmarks. As much as some of that sentence made me want to throw up, it may have some effect as well.

(I lasted about 2 weeks on twitter a few years ago. Couldn't stand it.)

I went to the neurologist today, had my arm scanned, and found I have a mild case of carpal tunnel syndrome. It's good in that it's finally confirmed, I suspected I had it for a while - my index finger and thumb on my left hand have been acting out of whack when I type, play piano, or guitar. Gonna try sleeping with a wrist guard on for a while, before I consider surgery. (For the record, there's very little pain.)
"Whatever happened to that album?"
"I broke it, remember? I threw it against the wall and it like, shattered."

Elon Musk buying Twitter is going to have a huge effect on Twitter. Twitter has never made a profit, and it used to have $50 million in debt repayments to meet per year. Now thanks to Musk's weed-meming offer being - insert joke - much too high, Twitter has been left with $13 billion in debt and has to raise an additional billion dollars a year to stay afloat.

He was probably too eager to dump some of his jacked Tesla stock before that all collapsed. I expect he's still looking for ways to get more of his money out of Tesla without causing a stampede. But given the financial situation he's put the company in, if Elon Musk doesn't radically overhaul Twitter now, Twitter is going to go bust.

Shouldn't they have less debt if he paid them so much money?

It's not looking so good for the Democrats right now.

Regardless of the outcome of the election in a week, a silver lining will be that the political ads will cease for a while. Though for good reason, I'm really done hearing the words "abortion", "rape", and "incest" on TV and radio numerous times a day.

That $13 billion in debt is from the buyout. Musk didn’t pay off any of Twitter’s existing debt.
